Housed in The Corn Exchange, a stunning three-storey Regency building, Rosemary Shrager’s Cookery School has been finished to Rosemary’s exacting standards. No expense has been spared to provide up-to-the-minute facilities, state-of-the-art equipment and a luxurious environment throughout.
The Domestic School is a hand-built, home-style kitchen made by Mark Wilkinson Furniture. It occupies an airy, open-plan space with an enormous demonstration island, fully equipped work stations with Miele appliances for the students and a 20-seater refectory table for shared eating. It is a kitchen built to the highest specifications designed to inspire home cooks of all abilities.
The Professional School provides an exciting and comprehensive training ground for those with ambitions to become a professional chef.
Working in collaboration with Executive Chef John Rogers, Rosemary has created an exciting programme of Day, Half Day and Masterclass courses for home cooks at every level, from the complete novice to the confident highly skilled.
Executive Chef, John Rogers runs Chef's Table which is a demonstration dining experience where you sit back, relax and watch the magic happen. Guests are greeted with a glass of bubbly on arrival and then John will dazzle you with a wonderful tasting menu cooked in front of your eyes.
