The Old Fish Market is home to Sankey’s exclusive Champagne & Seafood Bar, situated in the stunning Fish Market building at the heart of The Pantiles.  

Sankey’s has been in the town since 1961, specialising in seafood. This new site complements the Pub & Seafood Brasserie on Mount Ephraim, and the three time winner of 'Kent Seafood Retailer of the Year' Sankey’s Fishmongers, located on Vale Road.

Based on traditional London-style Oyster bars, the feel is rustic yet chic with marble table tops and antique hanging lights. Champagne and wines by the glass, the finest lobsters, crabs and fresh wet fish; if you love seafood you won't be able to resist. That's not to mention the large range of oysters from around the UK and France; Fin de Claires, Colchester Rocks, Lindisfarn, Duchys to name a few – sourced directly from the producers themselves.
