The CakeShed has arrived on The Pantiles and is already a destination café in Tunbridge Wells. Our customers are greeted with a warm smile and by the smell of freshly baking cakes, including our special gluten free and dairy-free range, all of which are made right behind the counter throughout the day.

And it's not just cake! You will find our highly-trained baristas making great coffees from perfectly roasted beans, and brewing exotic teas from our large range of unusual leaf. Gourmet sandwiches on artisan breads and mezze plates are always available. On colder days you will find homemade soup bubbling on the stove, and throughout the summer a trio of daily salads.

The CakeShed is all about ... well, cake … and a great atmosphere where you can read the papers, borrow our books, enjoy handmade food with a glass of beer or wine, chat with friends, or simply watch the world go by outside in the sun or cosy up inside or downstairs in the snug with an impossibly indulgent hot chocolate made fresh with real chocolate.
